Off peak reservations require a 3 night minimum stay

Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.  A second payment for the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

All reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Reservations cancelled outside of 30 days prior to the arrival date shall receive a lodging credit for the deposit amount toward a future off peak stay.

Reservations cancelled or changed within 30 days of the arrival date will be subject to a complete loss of the deposit.  If, however the cottage can be rebooked for the same dates, a lodging credit will be issued less a $35 processing fee.
